“poor noise isolation”
The room was connected to other room with only a door, so we could hear the neighbouring guests very loud as if they were in the same room. Another thing we didn't like was the room cleaning/tidying service. We stayed 3 nights and no one came to tidy up or clean the room.

“perfect location”
The apartment is located in the center of old town Perugia. 1min away from Piazza Italia and 1min away from Piazza IV Novembre. Excellent location. The apartment has a beautiful city view. Very cozy and comfortable.

“spacious room in city centre”
The location is great, it’s in the city centre close to bars and restaurants. Excellent value! The room and the bathroom are very spacious and clean. Also we had a small terrace which was really cute! the room has a/c which is a plus! Perugia in summer is very hot! Also the host was very kind and sent us a list of local restaurants and places.

“Excellent!”
I highly recommend this. The location is perfect, the host is a super-host, so helpful with everything. The room a lot more spacy then in hotels. No doubt I will choose again and recommend for friends visiting Perugia.
