“Fabulous apartment, location and town! Would absolutely stay here again”
Modern, clean, excellent location, and comfortable. The apartment was a reasonably flat 5 min walk to Pincetto mini-metro stop which is only 3 stops from the Perugia main train station. Pincetto stop also has an elevator that takes you straight up the hill to the historic centre, so could not fault the location. Host checked in with us via WhatsApp prior to arrival and was available for any questions during our stay. Also loved having the washer/dryer and kitchen facilities. Would absolutely stay here again, the apartment, and town of Perugia were highlights of my 3rd trip to Italy!

Tutto perfetto. We had a wonderful week near the old center of Perugia. The appartment was clean and all you needed was there. We could always reach the owner by app.

“Nice appartment in the center of town”
Excellent location, right in the city center and at a 3 minutes walk from the minimetrò. Cute little flat, with some nice details. We stayed during cold winter days, but the temperature inside was very warm and comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful and provided us in time with all required information.
