Nearly everything! A lovely apartment with a great view over the town. Great if you like to paint or draw. We liked the interesting art and decor too. Almost everything was there to suit our needs. We thought the view was worth the extra cost. The building is also very quiet at night as there are mostly offices there. Andrea was very helpful and patient when we arrived slightly late. He also responded to communications very promptly.

The apartment is in a fabulous location and very comfortable with amazing views from every window. Walkable to everywhere in the city and easy to get the bus to Assisi from the bus station via the escalator through Rocca Paolina. Charming host Andrea went to the trouble of picking us up from the station and dropping us back at the end of our stay. Can thoroughly recommend and we will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Perugia.

Wonderful location with amazing views over the old centre of Perugia. Andrea, our host met us on arrival, which was delayed due to a train strike but he was very understanding. The apartment had everything we required and we loved Perugia.

The apartment is amazing. Fabulous views over Perugia and Assisi from all the windows. The bed was very comfortable and the building quiet - slept very well. The bathroom also has an amazing view over the city. Shower is large and works well. The location is perfect. We arrived to find a lovely antique market in the square opposite. Shops, restaurants, castle, cathedral, aqueduct, and National Gallery all within a few minutes walk of the front door. Got the E007 bus to Assisi from the bus station - access via escalator through the castle (Rock of St Paul) which you can see from bathroom window. La Taverna is a lovely place for dinner, booking advised as it gets busy. Lunch supplies from the Co-op (main street turn right out of front door)

Perfect for a couple and great location. Old town and easy walking distance from everything. Fabulous views. Andrea was super helpful.

Location. Good for centre and also for MiniMetro station Pincetto that takes you to the main station of Perugia in 10mins and runs every few minutes. Very good views for a ground floor apartment so very light and airy. Very helpful and kind host Andrea.

“Wonderful spacious apartment with spectacular views”

One of the nicest holiday apartments I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting. Lots of space (it’s huge!) and all the facilities you’ll need to relax and cook. It’s right around the corner of the Corso Vannucci leading up to the beautiful main square of Perugia. Andrea is a wonderful host, always ready to give information when needed and even picking us up from the train station in Perugia. And last, but definitely not least: THE VIEW! Spectacular, every day all day it’s a pleasure to look out of the windows towards San Domenico and San Pietro and the beautiful Umbrian countryside, and you can even see Assisi in the distance.

Andrea was a great host. Cleaning products, tea towels and bathroom towels aplenty. Apartment was spacious in great location and fabulous views.

Hosts (Andrea and Vittoria) were excellent and so accommodating. Apartment was in great location literally (50m) just outside ZTL zone and with great views. And 200m to center of Perugia. Helped us to the local carpark both when arriving and when leaving - took our luggage in his car to the carpark - VERY much appreciated. Gave us excellent advice re restaurants. Couldn't fault it.

What an absolutely fabulous apartment, airy and lofty, spacious, contemporary (which we love) and with unmatched views (day & night) from each of the 3 rooms across lower Perugia and the countryside & hills beyond, including Assisi on the distant hillside. See our photos from the apartment, also one shot of the apartment building, (formerly a palace), from below near the bus station, where you can get a bus to Perugia airport. The station is very easily accessed by walking across Piazza Italia & down the free escalator to the bus (& train) station below. Apartment is well equipped. Bottled water was welcome. Located at the top end of the main street making access to shops, historic venues, eateries & piazzas just a few minutes away. A warm, friendly, professional greeting from our host Andrea followed up by recommendations for eating out nearby & offering any further help we might need.

Very friendly host. We came late but were still met by a very friendly host. The view from the apartment is stunning...and in autumn it is different every day with fog moving around in the lowest areas of the valley. Very central place.

The location is perfect . It’s on the ground floor and you can park right outside for a few minutes. So it is very easy to bring in luggage. It’s very close to Perugia attractions. Quiet because it’s on the back. There’s a wonderful view across to Assisi. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.

“A truly wonderful experience in the heart of PERUGIA”

What an experience in the heart of historic PERUGIA. Andrea was kind enough to pick me up from the train station and take me to the accomodation. The apartment itself was located in the heart of the action. The Fit-out in this historic building was quite quirky and a bit funky - a bit of old meets new. It was a very very comfortable for my 3 night stay. I loved just looking out the glorious windows and watching the world go by. Andrea provided me with a list of places to eat, have coffee or a sneaky SPRITZ. I loved my time here and would highly recommend this to couples for a lovely stay.
