The location is great, just in the centre of Perugia. Close to great restaurants. But, this means that there can be noisy during evenings and nights. The size of the apartment is also great.

Very central location, the apartment was spacious and clean. Great apartment for families. Easy access into the apartment with door codes and very close to restaurants and cafes.

The house is close to the mini metro, located in the historic centre of the city. The apartment is very nice, spacious and equipped nicely - furniture looks quite new. There are two bathrooms, which is very convenient, good pressure of water, beds are big and comfortable. The host was nice and very accommodating to our special requirement.

Location very central. Getting access to property a bit awkward. The stairs were a surprise - no lift. End result satisfactory for our 9 day stay.

The location is excellent, right in the scenic area, making it very convenient for those using public transportation. When the windows are closed, it's very quiet, but it can feel a bit stuffy in the summer ; when open, you can hear various conversations. Some might find this noisy, but looking at it another way, it’s the true face of city life (including tourists). The apartment is spacious, and one of the beds in the bedroom is particularly comfortable. The place is kept very clean（The sofa has a faint sweat odor, which appears to be a common issue in many apartments that is hard to avoid.）. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, making it suitable for families or friends to share, but it's also great for a solo traveler! The host is friendly, open-minded, and willing to discuss and communicate. There is a restaurant on the side downstairs, and the staff are very friendly.
