Close to the historical centre, stunning view of the Umbria countryside. Beautiful and cosy decoration, great breakfast and, mostly, so kind staff, always helpful and warm.

Great location just out of the city. Nice walk into town. Great views from the rooms and gardens. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Simple but very smart and effective accommodation, more B&b than a hotel but as per comfort rather the hotel. everything is new and well operating. Good quality of facilities, bedding and equipment. Shower super strong. Calm and quiet, view is spectacular. Breakfast has all necessary - omelet, yogurts, pastry, fruits, sweet options and cold cuts. Climate control works perfectly. Pillows initially proposed were extremely hard, but the fourth night there appeared two more options in the wardrobe, much better. Pity we didn't ask at the beginning. Parking a bit outside, you have to walk 3 minutes. Gates to the historical city is 3 minutes away, however the very center is about 20 mins walking and as Perugia in on the hills be prepared to climb up the streets.

Spectacular decor and views. External shutter blocks all light allowing for sleep ins. Staff incredible, helpful and kind. Breakfast in the garden with a million dollar view was a relaxing way to start the day. Location as close as you can be to old town without being in old town. Convenient parking onsite (paid).

The view from the balcony is amazing. A very spacious and clean bathroom. The staff is extremely nice. The location is perfect, you can park on site, it is quiet and with a 15-minute walk you are in the center of the historical city. The breakfast served in the morning is decent, and you can enjoy it on a wonderful terrace.

The amazing view from our balcony was unforgettable. You’re treated to a view of the sunrise with layers of far off mountains and hills. We had an wonderful stay! The breakfast was so tasty and with the great weather, we thoroughly enjoyed eating on the garden. On top of that, the people were so friendly!
