The hotel is in a beautiful setting in an old building in the centre of Perugia. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I was given a warm welcome when I arrived. The area was quiet at night, and the location is great for exploring Perugia.

What a lovely place! I want to especially call out the hospitality and kindness of Chiara, and her husband, who made sure I felt so comfortable staying there - particularly as a solo female traveller. From carrying my bags up the stairs to booking me a taxi, giving me recommendations for things to see and do - they really went above and beyond. The room itself was clean, comfortable and the shower in particular was amazing! Would strongly recommend a stay here for anyone who is visiting Perugia.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, very close to the city center, which made everything easily accessible. The terrace (from room 40) offers an incredible view over the city - definitely a highlight. The hosts were very kind and accommodating, especially with flexibile check-in/check-out. Overall, this is a place I would definitely recommend.

A small lovely hotel in the historic building in the old town of Perugia. A short walk to all the places. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are equipped with everything you need (coffee, tea, croissant included). The staff is extremely polite, communicative and helpful.

Charming hotel in great location. Delightful host. Very comfortable room with a lovely view over the valley. Basic facilities but everything sparkling clean and very comfortable. I would go back again. It was particularly convenient to the fernicular and escalators to get down to the train station.

The owners were really friendly and helpful. We needed an iron and ironing board which they didn't have in the room, but the owner called his wife and together sorted us out. Superb views from the rooms. Straightforward to get to from the station, just take the Minimetrò and a series of escalators.

Perfect spot for a couple of nights as a solo traveller. The owner was really attentive and accommodating. Clean, safe, great location, lovely view. Room had all the necessities.
