The man at the reception was really nice and gave me some good advices for the city. I felt in good hands and had a perfect stay. It was really uncomplicated.

Pros: - host - really attentive host - location - really close to the historical center, everything is walking distance - parking - available in Hotel Iris nearby In general it is okay place to stay for 1 night considering the price. I wouldn't consider staying for more than that though if you look for reasonable confort.

Very friendly staff. Check in is via Hotel Iris which is 2 minutes ' walk away. Instructions were clear. Heating and air-conditioning available. TV in lounge and in bedroom. Bed pretty comfortable. The bathroom works but is a little awkward as it's a wet room. Location is great for exploring the city ... Very close to a train station but not central train station. The bus station is 5 minutes walk. Old town ... You're in it ... Just at the bottom. The hosts are available via WhatsApp and respond very promptly and they are kind and helpful. I was offered breakfast at hotel iris which was a very tasty coffee and a croissant - you order it the night before and it's delivered in the breakfast room when you're ready between 8 amd 10am. They offered to look after my bag as I finished exploring the city before catching the bus to my next destination. It's a super base to go and explore the area, especially Assisi. The convenience of having the flat means you can prepare basic meals and have a fridge and facilities for convenience.

The hotel reception is about 150 m away from apartment, the staff is very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it.

The unexpected free breakfast and the kindness of the staff. The appartment was quiet, clean and situated 400m from the centre and the busstation. Everything was on the ground floor

Everything! Especially the beautiful smell in the apartment and the bed was so comfy! Super clean! From other sides bathroom os also cool, there are lots of towels and water pressure is very good! The kitchen is even better than at home. There is even a kettle! Wi-fi, conditioner, everything is in good and useful condition. Location - perfect! Staff - perfect! Appartment - perfect! Memories - only the best! Absolutely reccomeneded!

Excellent position in the city. Shaded parking at another location of the host.

The apartment is situated just a short walk away from the city centre. The owners are always available and they have been very nice and helpful. The private parking is also a plus as you can head out with your mind at rest knowing that there's always going to be an available space to park when you get back.

The location is perfect. Close to the Piazza and a really nice area in general. The apartment is quite small but it has everything you would need. It is very clean and the staff is also super friendly and helpful
