“Fabulous modern unit in the centre of town.”

A very modern unit in the centre of Perugia. The bed was comfortable as was the couch, which is pretty unusual in my experience. There were PowerPoints and usb ports next to the bed on both sides, again unusual. Everything was well finished and the kitchen looked well equipped, although I didn’t use it other than for tea and coffee. Big fridge and dishwasher, as well as washing machine and 2nd toilet. The instructions on how to enter using codes were clear and make it very convenient not having to carry a key around. And suggestions for what to see and where to eat were very useful. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in.

Central location. Spacious and comfortable and exactly as described. The communication with the owner was easy and friendly. The instructions provided were very helpful. Please bear in mind there are a good number of steps both up and down to access the property so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Everything about this flat was perfect. Never had a flat been so spick and span clean and tidy, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. Absolutely fantastic spot.

The property was situated central to Old town Perugia so it is easy to walk around and have many things at your disposal. Entering the property was easy with the instructions properly provided by the host, it was a bit nervy to walk through, up & down stairs however once you get to the door of the property everything was easy. The comfort and style of the apartment was exceptional. It exceeded our expectations and it was a comfortable stay for myself and my guest. It had everything you needed and it was moderately quiet (besides the side on where the restaurant sits below the apartment but the windows sufficed in blocking most of the noise out). The views were spectacular and the apartment was clean and tidy. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond as we needed an iron/ironing board which was not included in the property listing and they delivered it to us and left it in the apartment along with providing us with information on taxi company to use and suggestions around the local area.

It’s set in one of the most beautiful squares in Perugia, surrounded by plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops. The location is also very convenient, with the mini metro and taxi stands just a short walk away. Highly recommended
