We had a wonderful stay at Via Guerriera 25. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to everything yet peaceful. We especially loved the bath. Gloria and Marco were fantastic hosts, warm and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely authentic Perugian property. Communication with Gloria was so friendly and prompt. She provided nice clear instructions for check-in, local tips and also checked in during my stay to see how I was going which was very thoughtful. The property exactly as photographed, spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. The area felt nice and safe for me as a solo traveler.

“Great location, lovely city, host full of helpful suggestions and practical advice.”
Great location, next to main historic sights but not as noisy/hectic as the very centre. Host was incredibly helpful with great advice for sightseeing. Wonderful meal at Michelin-starred restaurant Ada Gourmet on our doorstep. Thanks!

Loved this apartment, felt like a little sanctuary and made a perfect base to surround beautiful Perugia and Umbria. Perfect central location in Perugia but also quiet for relaxing and whirlpool bath is a nice touch.

“Amazing apartment in the heart of Perugia”
Amazing location, beautiful architecture and tastefully decorated. The whirlpool bath was an added luxury! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. The host was also really helpful and great to deal with. 10/10 stay!
