Excellent location with a great room — quiet and sunny. Everything clean, perfectly maintained, modern and stylish. View towards hills and towns. Bathroom with a well-proportioned shower. Hosts are very attentive, running a B&B and a good restaurant downstairs.

An amazing experience with thoughtful arrangements and decor. Every detail has been thought of. Room was super clean, they come to clean your room everyday. Hairdryer was super helpful and the proper kind. Even the liquid soap they use is bio with cypress that is delicate for both body and hair, and smells super nice. They also have two communal spaces to relax, read (and they have some great book collection), have coffee or tea, space to work or just hang out. You could also enjoy the outside view with the sunrise and sunset, and view of Perugia city with all the nature surrounding it. Breakfast was amazing! All are homemade even the pastries and they use local ingredients. We also had dinner twice. A must order steak and let them choose how to cook it. That is the first time I've tasted a really delicious Fiorentina steak! Even my Italian husband exclaimed that was the best he tasted in all his life. I think you need to book because they get super busy. Many local people go there. It's easy to go to the center, just make sure you have a car. Parking was also easy and safe. The best part, the owner is super friendly. Speaks both Italian and English. She greets you with a happy face everyday, gives local tips and great advice. I could go on talking about how amazing this place is! Love everything!

Location, it was very quiet and peaceful. Cities around Perugia were each to reach. The owner and staff were extremely nice and polite. The view from the room was spectacular.

This is a place you want to come back to, very cozy and stylish. Delicious breakfasts with pleasant music and a beautiful view from the window. Every detail is thought out in the hotel, there is a cozy kitchen where you can make yourself tea or coffee. A lounge with books. I was absolutely delighted. Dinners in the restaurant on the terrace, tried different dishes from the menu, liked absolutely everything.

“Perfect view of Perugia.”

Everything was perfect for people with a car. The view from the room and from the bathroom was extraordinary we had room 7 a double with 1 large bed. The breakfast was made with local products. We did not eat a the restaurant because we visited a lot cities Sienna, Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciano .

What a beautiful hotel with amazing friendly staff. The food was unbelievably delicious. The breakfasts were fantastic, totally loved the scrambled egg served in the little frying pan. We had dinner on both evenings and were so glad we did. A small but interesting menu with too many lovely choices! I would so recommend this little hotel to anyone.

Extremely kind people! Silvia and Arek made us to feel like home. The hotel is very clean, the room was large and comfortable, with big terrace. The place is situated in quiet village very close to Perugia and equipped with own parking. RESTAURANT! The restaurant is famous in the neiborhood with it's delicious umbrian food cooked with love and knowledge. For dinner you have to make reservation! As well, you have a fiorentina in menu every evening. Silvia, Arek and Paula adviced us for meals and wines. Breakfast according to your wishes. Everything in this wonderful place is done with love, care and elegance. For sure we'll be back!

Silvia the owner is simply on it, in every aspect - hospitality, service, adaptation to various needs (e.g. gluten and sugar free diet). Provided very good recommendations on where and how to visit and a perfect suggestion on a place for nearby great local dinner on Tuesday, the local restaurant is off. Breakfast was rich and in full service. Also had lunch on one of the days and it was very very tasty. The location is a few km east of the center of Perugia with close free parking, which is exactly what we looked for when having a rental car
