Very dark. No heating because of regulations, but no air con(no remote) either. Was offered electric heater Would be very good for someone out most of the day.

“Great location”
The flat is very clean and very close to the centre. Sofabed is comfortable to sleep in. There is also a good restaurant next to it that was recommended by the owner. It was cold in the flat in the beginning but it warmed up afterwards. Definitely recommended and would love to stay again.

“Beautiful but cold”
We appreciate the rustic, antique style of it. The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes away from the city center. The staff was very cooperative with any issue.

“The best apartament”
I loved the apartament and location really in the heart of Perugia. Close to basically everything you need. The apartament was very clean, the sofa and the bed were so comfortable, I will definitely would suggest and go back myself there.

Excellent location in the centre of Perugia. I got the keys from the reception of a hotel of the same company, and the palce is so close to the hotel. The staff friendly and the location is relly good . The bed was so comfortable.

“I will definitely stay again.”
The location was excellent, central to all the main features of Perugia. Highly walkable. The rooms were on the ground floor with a lovely outlook over the town. I liked that the apartments have such a historic setting and the names of the rooms have a connection to Gallileo.

I didn’t stay personally as I booked for my family, but my sister told me the location was perfect. We booked three rooms for the family and overall they were very happy. The place was clean, central, and the staff were very polite. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent. It was a quiet environment and exceptionally clean. Staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. I will definitely consider staying there again.
