“Good short stay in Perugia”

Nice flat close to the station (7 min. walk) in an area without shops or restaurants. Need to move to find some nice places.

“A useful base for exploring a beautiful city.”

The location was excellent for proximity to the train station, bus station and mini metro. Some building work on the subway from the train station made it a longer walk round for us, and we didn't know about it in advance, so were somewhat confused when finding the property for the first time. Normally it would be a very quick walk to the train platforms. Our hostess was always available to answer questions. There was a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. We had most things that we needed. The kitchen was adequate. We liked the city very much, and the minimetro system is fun, with a very frequent service, so no waiting around, and a brilliant asset.

The whole apartment was Nice and clean and there was everything we Neded. Francesca was really helpful and nice.

The apartment is very clean; very nice, helpful owner - quickly responds to send inquiries, very well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Convenient, really close to the main train station. Apartment with lots of space and accessories already included, such as hair dryer with diffuser, hair straighteners, coffee machine and milk frother, microwave and induction hob. The owner was very communicative and helped us in few occasions. Suggested for a family and a short break in Perugia!

This apartment is a 3-minute walk from the train station. Our host was super accommodating with a very early check-in. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. The complex is a “concept” building from the 80s - more or less successful but certainly interesting.

Big spacious apartment, very clean, comfortable. Easy access by minimetro to city center.

Everything was clean and beautiful for a very good price we had wonderful experience.

The apartment was great, clean, comfortable. Good wifi. There is everything you need. The shower was good. The owner she'e very king and helpfull. I will go back again.

The host was very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in the accom before check-in time. Perfect location close to train station. Some food & drinks were there on arrival which was very nice. The terrace was lovely. The accom was very clean and we had all necessities included.

The host very friendly and available. Modern house with all amenities, very clean. With idposable capsule coffee, m aquina of coffee and capucino, biscuits and flakes so you can have breakfast. Apart from the cleanliness, the house was very cosy and full of details that made us feel welcome! Excellent location - close to the train and close to the minimetro which takes you to the historic centre in no time. I really liked the house and the city.
