It's a 10-minute walk to the historic center. The property is in a quiet area very close to the University for Foreign Students. From the main train station, you can take bus C for a 20-minute ride. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, Dal Mi' Cocco, which serves a delicious daily fixed menu. The host was most welcoming and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly. The mini apartment is clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate master bedroom. There is a comfortable, expandable sofa in the kitchen/living room that can easily sleep two people.

“Amazing place”

Good quality to price ratio, apartment is nicely located next to historic centre of Perugia, many good places to eat nearby. Good for 1-2 people, not more.

“In the heart of Perugia”
Perfect location for exploring Perugia. I spent three nights here and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities - and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

The apartment is not big but well maintained so you will find everything what you need. It is in a short distance from the historical centre as well from the universities. The landlady is very helpful, the check-in and check was without any problems So, my best recommendations for this place
