The location is excellent, right in the heart of the lively city of Perugia, with shops, restaurants and public transport all within a few minutes walk. There are several interesting places to visit close by like Assisi, Spello and Lake Tresamino. All easily accessible by train. The loft is a unique apartment. It was very comfortable and warm, well-maintained and everything was of quality.

Everything - the host met us with wine and chocolates, the artistic touch, the phenomenal painting above the sofa of which the host painted! The bed was the comfiest on our Italian road trip and the location! We weee lucky enough to be staying over the Umbria Wine festival which was amazing too!!! Stay here if you can!

Anna Maria welcomed us in and was very helpful. The place is in a great position near to everything and is absolutely charming. The walls have been painted white but they have retained the authentic features and vaulted brickwork. It has everything that is needed and lots of lovely extra touches and modern equipment in the kitchen and bathroom.

Everything, a perfect location for the centre but nice and quiet at night. Plenty of room inside to rest/ relax if you wanted, the kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good. Comfortable bed and sofa. Anna Maria, the host, recommended some restaurants which we tried different ones each night and they were exceptional. A wonderful property to base your trip.

This accomodation was outstanding. The building was amazing everything you could ask for and more. Anna Maria was the perfect host . She showed us everything about the apartment . Location was excellent very close to everything . This was an outstanding accomodation .the vaulted ceiling was amazing too.A 10 just wasn’t high enough. This would rate as the best accomodation of our trip

A beatifully renovated floor of an old house with brick arches and cool ambience during hot sommer months. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer available as well. Friendly landlady who cares for her guests.

The apartment is very central in Perugia, we had good communication with Anna Maria and used the free car park where you take the metro up to the centre. It was a little walk across the square to the apartment where Anna Maria was waiting to greet us. It was very good service with the staff being very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, also nice and cool. There were plenty of coffee capsules, biscuits and wine left for us, also useful information about places to eat. Perugia is a stunning city, it's not too big and the people in the restaurants were very friendly. Everything was excellent with the apartment and Perugia.

It was perfect in every way . Quiet, yet in the best part of the old town. Decorated beautifully and it had everything you needed !! and very spacious. Very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back for longer , as a base to explore the area further .
