“A most wonderful stay”

First and above all else are the hosts Valentina & Francesco themselves whose warmth and welcome make you feel like you are meeting old friends again. Even prior to arriving, Valentina responded to every one of my messages almost instantly. Not for these hosts the usual impersonal faceless check in and check out, nope, they are there waiting for you to settle you in, carry your suitcase up the stairs, explain everything, accompany you to find a free parking spot nearby, and when you leave, Valentina is there again to say goodbye. Now to the apartment itself, a lot of care and attention have gone into making it as comfortable and practical as possible, your home from home. It is beautiful, spacious, spotless and one of the 2 bedrooms has what you would definitely call a room with a view! Being located in a courtyard setting, it is super quiet and you are guaranteed a good sleep on the very comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, the shower is powerful, the wifi is strong, heating is set to automatic timing so no fiddling around with unfamiliar controls needed. Hence the apartment is very nice and cosy. Finally, the location could not be better, with the centro storico reached within 10 mins on foot. Valentina will give you plenty of recommendations on where to eat, what to see, etc. Her best tip to me was to visit the nearby Basilica di San Pietro - what a marvel! Absolutely not to be missed. Afterwards, pop into the medieval garden accessed through a door within the same courtyard. You will not regret choosing Valentina & Francesco's apartment. I would stay there again within a heartbeat!

Our hostess was so kind and helpful. She even helped my husband carry up the bags to the apartment. She left little things like chocolates, umbrellas, dog bowls.... I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable and the owner left tea and coffee and breakfast things and lovely perugina chocolates. She was very helpful and gave us lots of information about Perugia. The apartment is central in the historic centre and a short walk to the bus station. Lots of restaurants and take aways near by plus shops. Would thoroughly recommend.

I took the wrong direction when l arrived in Pincetto station. Francesco came and helped me. Valentina was in contact with me all the time to give me the instructions. When I arrived in property with Francesco and Francesca (english speaker sweet friend of them)Valentina arrived after work and gave me lots of information about the recommended places and Perugian history.

The apartment is warm, cozy, clean and very homely. It is suitable for a long stay. It is located in the center of Perugia) nearby there are bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. Great appartment in an old building, good location at walking distance to the old center, with view to an old church. It is traditionally furnished but it has all modern applicances, very confortable beds and it's very clean. Valentina, the owner, was very friendly and a great source of information for sightseeing. Great location in an interesting part of Perugia, well appointed with cooking facilities and good bathroom. Valentina was extremely welcoming both for us and our dog!

It was the perfect place to stay in Perugia. The apartment itself was really cosy and the location quiet and near the city center. Valentina was one of the best hosts we have ever met. She was so generous, helpful and friendly. We give Valentina and the place our best recommendations.

The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable and in a great location, with a good Caffè (Caffè del Corso) just outside Valentina gave us excellent instructions for a late arrival. We really enjoyed the Perugina chocolates that Valentina gave us.
