Clean and well equipped apartment with great location - close to railway station/minimetro (by which you can quickly and easily reach city center) and supermarkets. Check-in process is well organised. Communication with host was perfect - Valentina is an extremely nice person, she was very kind, met us at the station and also provided a lot of interesting and useful information about Perugia and its sightseeing. I really appreciate that she was always available to answer questions and provide support if any is needed.

It is the perfect stay for a couple of days in the truffle capital of Italy. Very close to the train station and to the minimetro that takes you to the historical center. Very clean and very helpful and kind owner. Also perfect if you want to stay in, relax and cook.

Attentive and kind host Valentina met us and helped to get to the place. She told us some history of Perugia and gave us some good advice, much appreciated. The place is close to mini-metro station and railway central station - great location to visit old town historical center. And convenient to arrive-leave by train. Supermarket is also 3 min from the place, near mini metro Station exit. Apartment is clean, nice and cosy, all things you may need are at place. Great bathroom- huge and all renovated. Absolutely great bed - mattress, pillows and warm blankets, we had perfect sleep.

Absolutely top choice to stay in Perugia. The apartment possesses everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotless clean, which also was important for us. The location is a plus as you can be in the city centre in 20 minutes thanks to Minimetro (the nearest station is in 7 minutes walking from the apartment). The hosts are really welcoming and nice people. Communication with them was easy and pleasant. They let us know a lot of interesting facts about the city, shared some navigation tips, and also provide with their recommendations about the best local restaurants. Absolutely great experience making your stay in Perugia cozy and comfortable.

Just about everything. The delightful Valentina met us at the property and let us in and explained everything that we needed to know. Secure parking in basement. 5 minute walk to mini metro which takes you into Perugia for E1.50. Comfortable, cosy, clean... We've done a lot of travelling and this was easily in our top ten of apartments. Excellent.

Stunning apartment, spotlessly clean and whilst not in the very centre, it's less than 5 minutes walk to the fun mini-metro which is a unique ride in itself and you're in the centre very quickly. You won't find underground secure parking in a better location. Valentina our host was very communicative, check in was clear and she gave us lots of helpful local advice. We would definitely stay again and cannot recommend highly enough.

Valentina is a wonderful host! So helpful and always ready to answer any questions and give suggestions. The apartment has everything you need, also a kitchen where we could make our own meals. It's close to the train station and mini metro so it's easy and fast to get into the old center. There was also a private car box in the underground garage of the building so we could leave our car there safely. Thank you Valentina for being so helpful!

The apartment was modern inside with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Valentina was an excellent host. She made us feel most welcome. She gave us a large bottle of water and some lovely wine and special chocolates. She explained where we could find the station, the minimetro and supermarket. She provided us with a map of the city and suggested to us the best places to go. She was very knowledgeable. She also messaged us every day on WhatsApp to ask how we were doing and if we needed everything.

Valentina is a super host! Very helpful and with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, including photos. The apartment is very clean, comfortable bed and is well set up. Lovely addition of Baci chocolates, coffee and some pastries.
