“Nice but no aircon”

Nice place - thoughtfully decorated. The host put a bottle of water in the fridge for my arrival and sent a video of how to get in etc.

The apartment is lacated in a very city center in a quiet area, but close to the main street/piazza in a very old (XIV - XV century probably) building. In front there is a small square with a beatiful view on the park and fragment the old part of the city.

The location is good, with a wonderful view in the proximity. 4 minutes to the city center. There is plenty of space in the studio and is nicely decorated. The lighting system is absolutely wonderful. The host provides you with what is needed for coffeee and for cooking. Good communication with the host.

“Nice trendy place for a stay and close to the historical center”

Costanza is a lovely person. Her studio is super clean and nicely decorated. Being in an old building on the ground floor, it was cool in it which was extremely pleasant due to the high temperatures outside. The bed is very comfortable. I did not use the kitchen but it's well-equipped. I would definitively recommend Costanza's studio. I had a great stay in Perugia (swimming pool is 5 minutes away from her apartment and it was great swimming either super early in the morning or late at night)

“Perfection in Perugia”

The most comfortable well looked after, homely place that we have ever stayed. Everything that we needed was there with much more. The host was FANTASTIC. Cannot say any higher about this experience. If you come to Perugia, we think that this is the place to be.
