This is a very good location for those who wants to have a central point to visit cities nearby. Its parking lot is plenty of space for small or big cars and the hotel is easily accessible from main roads.

We had a lovely stay at hotel vega. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was also kept very clean, and was also very quiet when we were there which was great.

The hotel is located among trees and peacefully away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is old. Breakfast was adequate. The coffee was especially good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

How can I rate the hotel positively? We arrived at the hotel (Hotel Vega Perugia) at around 8.30pm for check-in. After the reception we went to our room. A very smelly room. A mixed smell of mould, damp and detergent. First we opened the window and waited for about half an hour. During this time we just sat on the bed but didn't take off the bed linen. After about half an hour, the odour from the open window didn't get any better and I decided to tell the receptionist about it. He came into our room and said it was because of the odour of the parquet flooring that was done about a month ago and since we used the bed, he can't change the room. He said all these words angrily and rudely. In the end I said nothing to avoid a discussion and we left the hotel without staying. At check-out (after 45 minutes after check-in) we paid city tax, and although I said goodbye, he didn't say a word. He saw that we were there with a child at that time of evening and he could have just helped us and given us another room, but unfortunately he didn't. It was not our fault that the room was very smelly. For our own health and to be able to sleep in this room, the room should have been changed. Instead we encountered unreasonable behaviour and financially we lost twice. Exhausted, we had to look for another hotel that evening. I waited almost a month to write this review and hoped that hotel or Booking.com can help me or hear my complaint.Hotel did not respond at all and Booking only offered 25€ credit. As a regular customer of Booking.com for years I will consider booking my holidays via Booking.com.

Easy to late at night. Late check in after midnight. Staff very welcoming. Lovely big family 2 bed apartment. Great to stop of with 2 dogs. Lots of grounds to walk the dogs. Really great for us to rest after long trip. Breakfast continental, and lovely. Felt rural, but back on motorway in a minute. Little Oasis. Thanks.
