“Very nice apartement”

A very nice and spacious apartment in a beautiful house, located in a quiet suburban neighborhood. A huge and very tastefully furnished living room, a well-equipped spacious kitchen. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 separate toilet with a sink. A study with a desk and an electric piano. Air conditioning in every room. The beautiful towns of Umbria are easily accessible, and the highway on-ramp is quite close to the apartment. We spent a very nice week in this wonderful apartment.

If you are looking for a fabulous apartment in Perugia, this is the one. The apartment is beautiful—very well decorated, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The bed linens are of high quality, and the shower is wonderful. You can really see the care and attention of the staff in every detail. Michela was always helpful and recommended some excellent places to eat. The apartment is also in an excellent location for exploring Umbria by car. It is situated in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ drive from the historic center. We simply loved it! Thank you, Michela, for everything!

We absolutely loved this place! Spacious wiith wonderful amenities, and very tastefully decorated. We travelled by car and were very close to many sites and beautiful towns. Our hosts were very considerate and helpful. I really hope to return!!

We have a spacious, clean & comfortable place for our one night stay at Perugia. This place has everything we needed for including it's near distance to one of the best breakfast place and supermarket. Not forgetting the very helpful hosts both Mr Marco and Ms Michel who have provided us with excellent travel advise and care during our stay. We will surely come back to stay in this place.

“Excellent huge and luxurius apartment at the outskirts of Perugia”

Everything was perfect. Everything in the apartment is of excellent quality and every possible need has been taken care of in advance. It was one of the very few times a place exceeded so much our expectations. You just have much more than you can imagine. Private gym for example, an excellent garden or an oustanding path just 5 min on foot away that follows the river for approx 40 km. The hospitality of the owners is beyond description. Warm and professional at the same time. They gave us a lot of recommendations and were very kind and eager everytime we needed them. In the vicinity of the apartment there is a supermarket, a really great bakery you should not miss and many other places to eat or drink.

Lovely apartment, very spacious and has all the comfort of your own home. 3 comfortable double beds, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffees. Perfect location also with local shops (good supermarket and 2 amazing bakeries) and some good local restaurants at walking distance. Perugia very close by. Perfect for families with little children as there is a cot and baby bath, spacious garden also. Playground further along the river. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Property offers parking indoors!

A very spacious, well furnished apartment with everything available. The hosts were kind and very helpful. The supermarket, pharmacy and bus station is very close, as well as a few restaurants.

The accommodation was wonderful. The hosts (Marco and Michaela) made sure we felt very welcome. The house was equipped with everything you need during your stay. the beds are very comfortable and the house is very spacious. Everything was very clean and Marco and Michaela thought of everything that would make your stay enjoyable at their house. Marco also responds to your texts messages quickly and helps with ideas how to best get to the city or what to do in the neighbourhood. I would absolutely recommend to stay at this accommodation to anyone! You will love it!

The house was really spacious with lots of room to lounge around. Everything was spotlessly clean and the hosts Marco and Michaela are obviously very kind and caring individuals because they equip the entire house with everything you need. From a playstation to pasta, coffee and tea, a full spice rack, fresh milk, pasta sauce, biscotti , orange juice, and toiletries including shaving kits and slippers in every bathroom, you feel so welcome and at home. Marco also responds to your texts messages very promptly and I would recommend anyone who comes to Perugia to stay here! You will love it!

Best hosts in Italy. We really enjoyed the stay. The flat is super clean and really well equipped and extremely comfortable to stay in. We had 3 bedrooms and a garage including a gym. I will definetly come back whenever I get the chance.

“Perfect home in Perugia!”

The property is big, so there’s a lot of space for everyone. Everything is clean and the hosts were generous enough to let us use all the electronics/appliances. They also filled the fridge with bottled water, juice and white wine. Breakfast is not part of our reservation, but they gave us free food and ingredients we can use to cook it. The bed is amazing—we slept peacefully! Marco and Michela were very kind to wait for our arrival even if it’s late. The toilets felt like hotel toilets, complete with toiletries. Really amazing and hassle-free experience!
