Superb apartment in historic town centre. Tall windows, exposed beams and mezzanine all added to the atmosphere. Modern and stylish kitchen, fully stock with equipment. Modern bathrooms, superb. Competent and professional hosts who supported our stay. Absolutely world class setting in Perugia. Loved it and hope to come again

“Brilliant apartment right in the middle.”
The apartment is excellent. Easy key collection. 20mins by taxi to/from the Airport. 15-20mins from the Train Station using the MiniMetro. Brilliantly situated on a busy little street. A deli underneath the apartment with all the essentials and great local produce. Lots of small bars, restaurants and cafes less than a 10 minute walk. The bed is firm, but comfortable. Only a single pillow per person on the bed, but they are excellent memory foam style pillows. It was very warm during our stay (35 Celsius) but the apartment stayed cool and the two fans and afternoon breeze kept it very comfortable. There is noise on the street from the bars/eateries but that is all but blocked out by the shutters if it's too much. The kitchen is well equipped. The main bathroom upstairs is great, and the second toilet downstairs is convenient.

The location was first class. Right in the centre of the city . Perfect location for restaurants, shops,museum and sight seeing.

“Could be better”
- Location is perfect. Located in the heart of Perugia old town but quiet enough if all the windows are closed. Convenient with grocery shop and restaurants close by. - The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, clean and well-furnished - Bed quite comfortable, good shower

We really enjoyed our stay at this location, and would recommend it to anyone who want to travel to Perugia. It is also very close to the Mini Metro (cupa) which led us to use the train station to explore other cities. The apartment is very clean and very close to the centre (piazza iv Novembre), where you can find cafeterias, restaurants and other main attractions.

Fantastic to stay in a flat that was part of the historic infrastructure for Perugia. Very tastefully decorated with good kitchen facilities. Fantastic delicatessen just outside the front door.
