Great location. Free parking nearby. Spacious, well appointed and comfortable apartment. The original art work on the walls is a great idea. If you like a painting you can contact the local artist.

The apartment is modern and functional, well equipped and comfortable. The location is very good, walking distance from the center. The bed and sofa bed are very comfy, and the shower great.

“Stylish apartment in a great central location”
The parking was such a bonus. The location is exceptional. We went to a concert at the arena and in 5 mins walk we were there. Such a boost after the concert to have a short walk and you are home

“Great base for exploring Perugia and surrounding areas”
Spacious, comfortable and clean, worked really well for us as a family travelling in a car. The location was great for us with the parking provided and an easy journey into the city centre via the escalators nearby.

“Great place and great location when visiting the Umbria Jazz festival!”
This place is great for two couples, having separate bed rooms and separate bath rooms. The kitchen had everything we could wish for. Also garage is part of the offer. The stadium where we saw Ben Harper was 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment and it is very close to city center.
