We had an absolutely amazing stay in the heart of Perugia! The apartment is stunning, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything you could wish for – including a jacuzzi right in the bedroom, which was such a treat. The location is unbeatable, right in the historic center, so you can feel the history and beauty of the city at every step. The digital key made check-in super easy, and our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Perugia itself is a gem – full of charm, history, and breathtaking places that feel straight out of a storybook. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended!

It was a comfortable apartment with almost everything we needed. The location and area were perfect! We loved Perugia! We had such a memorable experience there. From the mini-bus to all the stairs, we climbed with luggage. Thanks to the wonderful lady in the laundry shop guiding us to the apartment. Gloria was very helpful to us also getting us in her apartment.

The location is excellent and so close to the main streets of the city. The apartment decor and layout is stunning and it’s very spacious. The host was very professional, warm & friendly and his communication throughout was outstanding. We won’t hesitate to book again! 10/10!

The flat is well placed in the historic centre. Very comfortable bed and the whirlpool bath is nice. Dante gave us all the information we needed to have a good stay and was very reactive.

This is a very roomy apt in good, modernized condition. But much of the space is simply empty. I loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the fresh herbal scent of the shower gel.

The location is very good and the whirlpool was amazing. The room exceeded our expectations, it is modern, clean, and overall awesome as it has everything you need. We traveled along Italy and this was the best room we stayed at by far and at the center of Perugia.

Spacious and well equipped in a great location near historic centre.

Everything is arranged remotely via WhatsApp but the staff were so helpful whenever we needed anything - they even gave us early check-in to help us out with work commitments. The smart key access to the building and the apartment was fun to use and worked well for us. Beautiful, modern appointments throughout with a lovely shower, dishwasher and pretty well-equipped kitchen. WiFi was excellent for video calls and the kitchen table was a good desk for working at. The apartment location is excellent, very close to the cathedral and various wine bars, etc but still quiet and peaceful as it looks out onto a quiet side street.

Excellent location, very kind owner, who was giving response to each question immediately and was ready to help with everything for us to be comfortable. Very nice place to spend a few days to sightsee the city. A lovely area just near the main square, and the city - is completely charming and totally worth-visiting! We enjoyed our staying very much :))

I really appreciated their attentiveness and friendly nature, making my stay all the more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hot tub, which was a great addition to the already fantastic accommodations. It provided a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Perugia. It's centrally located, clean, and comfortable, with a helpful and friendly host. And the hot tub is definitely a plus!
