Absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful flat. It's in a fab location - just off the main squares of the historic centre of Perugia, so about a 1-minute walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. And the flat itself is lovely - much bigger than it looks in the photos! Both bedrooms were huge with an en-suite bathroom each. The beds were super comfy (we slept so well!) and I loved that there were different types of pillows provided (including memory foam ones). The kitchen has everything you need - all the usual crockery and pots and pans plus a coffee maker and plenty of glasses etc. Bathrooms were great - loved the fact that there's a proper, decent hairdryer provided in each bathroom. And Gloria was a wonderful host. Really quick to respond and provide all the info you need. Loved the virtual key code on our phones - made it so much easier as a group as it meant no having to share physical keys. We love Perugia and have visited many times - this is definitely the best city centre flat we've found so we'll definitely be back.

Very charming apartment in the middle of the centre!

The location is great, the hosts are friendly and helpful, except for the beds, everything in the apartment worked as advertised. There some street noise from parties in the weekends which is fine with us as it is a city center.

Now, here is the most important. The host is absolutely helpful, very friendly and always there to help. She is the most helpful host in all our travels booked with Bookingcom. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean , quiet even if the street comes to life at night. The location is simply fantastic. There are several toilets and bathrooms which was really very nice. I would like to mention that this place is very near the Mini Metro and nothing can beat that. The apartment is also modern and well lighted. We climbed almost all the stairs in the city so take this apartment. There is also a small shop in front of the apartment where you can buy small items that you might need.

“Gorgeous apartment in the old town”

Everything about the flat suited us and it was lovely to be in the old town. Gloria was most helpful and everything we needed to know was accessible. Check in was faultless and getting in and out of the flat was easy. The flat is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Loved the attention to detail. It was all new, clean and fresh. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This was perfect for a group stay, with 2 bedrooms/1 sofabed + 3 bathrooms and a living room area, we had plenty of space to be comfortable. Location is just down the road from the main square. Apartment was clean with equipment like washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers, and central heating/ACs in all rooms. Host sends lots of instructions to help you access the apartment, and it's easy to figure it out.

The apartment is located in the center, in the heart of Perugia, just a few steps away from all the city's attractions. It is on the third (top) floor of a historic building, and, as a result, there is no elevator. If you have large and heavy suitcases, you will need to carry them up. Since we were traveling with friends (we were two couples), it was very important for us to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a requirement that the apartment fulfilled perfectly. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the same can be said for the rest of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a multi-day stay. The furnishings are simple but pleasant. The house has very good heating and is clean. The WiFi worked well throughout the entire apartment. Check-in was very easy since it was done online. Through a link provided by the host, you can open and close both the building’s main door and the apartment door. What’s important is to always have your phone charged and with internet access. The link also contains other important and useful information about the city, restaurants, etc. Communication with the host (Gloria) was excellent. She was available at all times to assist us and to make our stay in Perugia and Umbria as enjoyable as possible. Thank you, Gloria! The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in paid parking lots just a few minutes away.

The location was exceptional, in the heart of the Perugia old town, minutes from the National Gallery, from wonderful cafes and restaurants, the Fontana Maggiore and the MiniMetro. Believe me, the MiniMetro is brilliant, invaluable and makes the week away so much easier for transport links. This modern flat was exactly as I expected, with beautiful bedrooms, lovely views, a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and everything we could need for a week away in historic Perugia. The building was charming, on a quiet street and our host couldn't have been more helpful, with lots of information about the city and region, helpful guidance about the flat and always available. Staying here was the perfect and easy choice and honestly, we couldn't have been happier. Incredible value for money. Five stars to Dante! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location was excellent for wandering around the town - close to important sites and restaurants. The apartment itself was very comfortable and easy to work in for meals. The view from the bedroom window was wonderful and quiet and peaceful, from the dining and living room it was fun to get a feel for the street life.
