“Lovely place to stay in a convenient location with all the amenities you could wish for.”
Fabrizio and Stefania were very kind, helpful and attentive. They kindly provided water and wine in the fridge for our arrival and a bowl of lovely local chocolates had been left in the kitchen to welcome us. They were very approachable if I had any query (had a query re the TV one evening), and would respond quickly or just come upstairs if needed, but never without asking first if it was convenient to do so (they live on the floor below). They are so friendly and make you feel at ease. It was a great base for day trips to surrounding areas, There is parking on site downstairs, with an electronic barrier for access and you get the fob for this with the keys to the property. This was handy as we had a hire car. About a 5-minute walk from the apartment, you will find the Minimetro which takes you to Perugia city centre (for the train line if you need it, or if you just want a walk around there). Cost was 1.5 Euro each way, good value. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook a meal and there were complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms if you don't bring your own, or just to start you off until you get some of your own. There is a decent supermarket a short walk from the apartment and you can find everything you need. If we come to this area again, we will definitely go back to Donca House - we had a wonderful experience there and the hosts were amazing. We really felt like we had become friends with Fabrizio and Stefania by the time we left - Grazie di tutto!

“Big and nice apartment”
Huge flat with 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms! Fabricio hold us from railway station late in the evening and bring us to train early in the morning 😁 Close to MiniMetro station. Everything was super! Thanks 😄
