“Nice stay for bigger groups in Perugia”
This place was overall a nice and cute, we stayed with friends and would recommend this for a large groups of people. The owner is very kind and welcoming.

“Cudownie!”
The kitchen had a really nice vibe as well as terrace. We had free coffee and Access to great opportunitues to cook. The duvets and the coziness of bedroom was amazing. I really reccommend staying there! Also the hist was very nice!

“Big enough to host a large group”
The property had various facilities. It was big enough to host 5 people. We stayed there only for one night. It is 7 minutes away (by car) from the city centre. The area is quiet.

Ruggiero very helpful and polite. All explained, handover pretty quick. Shown around the property, agreed the check out
