“Well equipped, very good location”
The place is really great, in the very center, 1st floor. Very spacious and fully equipped, even some products like salt, spicies, coffee, tea, honey and etc. Regarding shower space - it is not so much problem, all ok. Nice, well equipped and prepared authentic apartment.

Alessandra is truly the best host I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in many homes across different cities and countries, but she stands out above all. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to stay longer on checkout day as our return flight was late. This level of generosity was truly exceptional. The location was excellent, and the house was beautiful—modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the linens were lovely. The home felt warm, welcoming, and perfect in every way. Highly recommended!

“Love Perugia”
Alessandra's apartment, Casa dei Gigli, is located in the heart of the historical centre. It is typical of traditional Perugian architecture, with vaulted arches and even ceiling frescoes, so you feel like you're having a local experience. It has two spacious bedrooms, and was spotlessly clean. It was a perfect base to explore Perugia by foot. Alessandra is a very attentive host, who gave us wonderful recommendations for where to eat and things to see. We would definitely stay here again.

“Comfortable stay, close to the historic centre.”
An apartment located on the ground floor in a historic building, with a frescoed ceiling. It’s located close to the centre, so it is a very good base to explore the city centre - around 7 mins on foot to the main square. Owners are friendly and responded to all queries immediately. Beds are comfortable and the kids enjoyed the smart TV too :)

“great location, good stay : )”
Great location, good comfort, owner great and helpful with advices. Two things for those who like very comfortable conditions which were not rated by me because it was ok from my point of view: small shower and city noises from outside. But again i know it is very difficult to make a quiet facility in the city centre so I have chosen great and comfortable location against a bit but not horrible city noise. All of this and the price for a longer stay was very handy to me.

“Cute and clean, friendly owner”
Apartment had everything we need. The owner Ada, is also most accomodating. She happily allowed us to be at the apartment earlier than the check-in time. Also, when we needed something that was missing (corkscrew!) in the kitchen, she was so quick to reply via whatsapp and lend it to us. The apartment was small but cute and clean. Great use of space. Perfect for a few days in Perugia.👌🏽
