Location, location, location! Apartment is modern and spacious with all the facilities you need. Marco was extremely friendly and provided great restaurant recommendations. I enjoyed early morning walks, before all the tourists arrived. I arrived via train and used the minimetro, from there a walk of perhaps 300 metres to the apartment.

Everything really. Good central location with magnificent views, just outside on the steps leading down to historic Perugia. All very comfortable and Marco made himself available to deal with any issues . Spotlessly clean with good showers and hot water on tap.

The location is perfect to explore Perugia. It is steps away from the main city square and pedestrian streets.

Modern. Comfortable. Central. No problem with communication.

This is very nice, clean, spacious and modern apartment in the very center of historical city. The big plus is that it has two bathrooms, fully equipped. You need to consider it has 3 bedrooms, one - big double bed and 2 others equipped with single beds, so very good for a family with two children or for a group of friends, but less convenient if you are two couples:)

We loved the space and the location. Plenty of room to unpack and also not feel on top of each other and in easy walking distance to the centre of town. There were a few stairs but we were aware of that from previous reviews. We had a stunning meal at Il Giurista just up the street. We made the booking before our trip. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable spacious apartment in a great central location near all attractions. Marco was a kind and thoughtful host who made us very welcome. We would definitely try to stay here again next time we visit.

The location is perfect, 2 minutes away from the centre of the city. The apartment was really nice decorated, The bed was perfect. The fact that the apart has 2 bathrooms is great when You are travelling with a group of friends.
