“Felt like a local”
Great location in the old town — all the main attractions, cafés, and restaurants were within walking distance. The owner was very friendly and provided all the necessary information before arrival. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, and the terrace was a big bonus — I spent a lot of time there working on my laptop and relaxing.

Fantastic location! Little cosy flat with a large patio, perfect for the couple. Susanna was absolutely amazing and suggested a lot of different places we could go and visit.

A wonderful apartment! Small, but so perfectly organized and equipped that you could easily spend weeks there. There's more than enough: a refrigerator, oven, microwave, even a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is comfortable, and there's plenty of counter space near the sink for toiletries. Clean and tidy. The owner is wonderful, very friendly, and very approachable! Perfect location, just steps from the cathedral, yet quiet and peaceful. And finally: a phenomenal, large terrace that I could simply live on permanently! I hope to rent this apartment again on my next visit to Perugia. Thank you for everything, and I highly recommend it!

“Perugia gem”
I loved the location - so close to everything but quite a quiet road. The huge balcony was fantastic and a great place to relax with a glass of wine and some cheese before dinner. Susanna, the host, was extremely friendly, accommodating and a great comminicator before and during my stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer!
