If you could give 12 Points for an accommodation I would :-) Absolut perfect appartment. The view is stunning, the terrace is big and quiet, offers a wonderful view over the surrounding valleys. You can see the mountains from there and Assisi. The appartment is really comfy, the bed fantastic. Also the bathroom is great. The kitchen offers everything we needed. And you are really directly in the center of Perugia. big recommendation. The host is lovely and very helpful. thank you for the wonderful stay

It’s in the center. Beautiful well kept apartment , exactly as in the pictures. Susanna is a very good host . This is the second time staying there . She made us feel like family. And the amazing view from the balcony .

Cental location in historic centre, one of best restaurants next door(Civico 25) walking distance to everything. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower and and amazing view from the terrace all the way to Assisi.

“Without a doubt, my home away from home.”
I rented this apartment for 3 weeks and it became my home away from home. I was in Perugia to study Italian at La Università per Stranieri di Perugia and I wanted to find a place where I could live, study and feel comfortable. Boy, did I hit the nail on the head. Where do I start? 1. Position: loads of bars immediately outside my door. Proximity to Uni: super easy mostly flat 6min walk to the uni. Proximity to Town Centre: 4min walk up a hill - two options. Kitchen: absolutely perfect with everything I needed to make my breakfast, lunch and dinner when I wanted. Bed: Cosy and comfortable. Hanging Space: loads. Shower: Hot. Host: Susana was a 10 out of 10 - unbelievable/amazing. Not sure what else I can add other than, if you are searching and searching and reading review's - this should be the last review, just book it. One last thing - Favourite thing about this property: Without a doubt - every morning the sunrise took my breath away.
