I went there for a volleyball game. The location is very convenient since its closer to Pala Barton and also to Minimetro. The host was very kind and welcoming. It felt safe as well.

The layout of the apartment is beautiful. Fairly new furniture and equipment. The location is very close to the mini-metro, which takes you to the city center.

very nice location, everything was super clean and comfortable, good wifi, easy access our plane was late and the owner was waiting for us to check in even it was very late, thank you!

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes from the Minimetro. Making accessibility to the Centro easy and to the main Perugia train station just 2 stops away. Also lovely Cafe and bar only about 5 mins walk away and the Coop supermarket nearby. Everyone in this area of Coronese is very helpful And friendly too. Our landlady, Catania was wonderful and extremely helpful especially when we needed a taxi and our phones stopped working. Great stay!!

“Great apartment and host!”

Amazing apartment, had everything we needed, comfortable bed, free parking space in front of the building. The apartment is located really close to the minimetro station which takes you to the historic center in less than 15 minutes. There are a lot of stores around the apartment. The host is really welcoming and nice. She gave us a lot of useful information about the minimetro, Perugia and the area. She told us about other cities around Perugia such as Gubbio - Thank you for suggesting it, we saw the Festa dei Ceri - amazing!
