“Very clean and modern the only downside is maybe the location.”
The host was very helpful and provided us with detailed descriptions and photos of how to access the property and park the car. The apartment was quite small but very nicely furnished and obviously recently renovated. The kitchen had the basic amenities to be able to cook simple food or make a quick breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really nice. It is about a 20 minute walk into the historical centre of Perugia. There is air conditioning and a balcony.

Well located, few minutes to the city center, also 10-15 minutes to the train station. Nice and quiet location, perfect for relaxing.

“Fantastic apartment in Perugia.”
This was an amazing apartment. It is updated and super clean with great amenities. Daniela stocked the kitchen with a lovely welcoming pack. Coffee, sugar, juice, pastries. We loved this apartment. Communication was spot-on. It is close to the centro. We loved our time here. Just book this place.

Very clean and comfortable and a convenient location just a few minutes walk from the escalator that goes up to the old city. Daniela, the host, was super helpful and friendly.

“Great! Highly recommended.”
- The apartment is very nice, clean, and modern. The owner has thought of everything you might need during your stay. You can find coffee, tea, spices: salt and pepper, and cosmetics for the shower. We received a small welcome gift which was very nice. We didn't have any problems. The contact with the owner was very easy and good. Staying here was a pleasure. - We worked remotely from here. The Wi-Fi is very good. However, the work table could be bigger if two people are working. - The parking space is a great advantage of the apartment. Just be aware that the parking is on the other street. - The location of the apartment is great. It is about 5-10 minutes from the old town (where it is much more difficult to park and drive a car).
