I stayed for one night in this beautiful house in Perugia and had a wonderful experience. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and very helpful with everything I needed. The house was spotless—honestly even cleaner than many five-star hotels I have stayed in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well organized. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the attention to detail. If I visit Perugia again in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, Bruno is a great host and welcomes you warmly into his apartment. It is spacious and clean. We had some laughs together and I recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience.

Great location, right next to the Etruscan arch at the entrance to the old town! The views were amazing. The apartment is shared with the owner, who was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't use kitchen to cook but it was possible as well. The owner serves continental breakfast, modest but good.

Top host and really cozy place Really top class

I love the house it is so homey and comfortable. Bruno is exceptionally warm and friendly. Even though the language barrier is there, but he is trying all his might to still have small chat with me and even helping me to book a taxi to the train station! His garden is beautiful, and also the location is a prime location! Very close to the city center! And if you just follow the google map correctly, you will find his house in no time! ☺️ Thank you Bruno for everything! I had a really nice stay with you. ☺️

Bruno is one of the best owners you can meet. Very friendly and helpful, can give you a lot of good advices about Perugia. He really wants to know you better and make you feel comfortable during your stay, but he is not intrusive. Apartment and your room are big with artistic design. You have also a private garden outside. I highly recommend, it is one of the best places to stay in Perugia.

Beautiful place close to the historical center. Bruno is very friendly and serves great homemade cake for breakfasts.

“Wonderful experience and a great host”

I had the pleasure of staying at Bruno's for one night during my visit to Perugia. The place is big and my room as also sufficiently big to comfortably open my luggage and even work a bit from the desk in the room. It's a very charming place with individual style, which I loved! Bruno also has to be mentioned! It was great having him as a host. He was very welcoming, helpful, gave advice, was able to answer my questions and made me feel like at home and like I was staying with a familiar friend! When I visit Perugia again, I already know I will stay there again.

Bruno is hospitality personified! You’ll immediately feel at home in his cozy quarters, and the location is convenient for reaching main areas of Perugia for exploration. Bruno is quite “solare” (upbeat and social) without being intrusive. Be aware that there is no possibility to cook on the property (though you can bring in a salad or something simple from outside) and coffee addicts like me will probably need to supplement their morning coffee at Bruno’s with some extras from nearby bars ;) All in all, a wonderful experience and wonderful host! Only downside was the weather in Perugia made it difficult to sit in the gorgeous garden!

Bruno is a lovely host and this is a lovely B&B. You're sharing an apartment with him so, of course, you have to respect that and recognise that - I wouldn't recommend this place for someone who can't deal with sharing - but you can't beat the location or his hospitality.
