Located right next to the Karwendel Cable Car, cross-country ski runs, and hiking and biking trails, Alphaus Aparthotel is 150 metres from the Pertisau Ski Area and an 8-minute walk from Lake Achensee. “Great place to enjoy Achensee and stay with your family!”
Great apartment, very clean and well equipped. The location is really good, close to the lake and the cable car to the top of the mountain. Silvia is super friendly and a great host! Would definitely recommend, great place for families!

“Dream vacation spot”
Very spacious room with huge living room and very cozy vibes. Mountain view from the balcony is stunning. We were here in October, but now we want to return during the ski season!

Location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. It is right on the golf course. The appartment is very spacious and well-equipped. It is immaculate. Achensee is absolutely beautiful!
