Located in the centre of Pertisau next to the golf course, All Suite Hotel Garni Leithner is 800 metres from Lake Achensee and the Karwendel Nature Reserve. It features its own ski school and provides professional sports coaches. The spacious suites feature a spa bath or a rainfall shower and offer lake, mountain, or garden views. Hotel Leithner features an indoor playroom for children. Massages are available on request. The garden includes barbecue facilities, a children’s playground, and a small pond. Free parking is available on site. There is only a 20% discount on greenfee. and on the nearby golf course. In winter, there is a 10% discount on a at least 3-day children’s ski lessons. Guests shopping in the hotel’s sports stores receive a 5% discount throughout the year.

I want to say a special thank you to the staff! They were incredibly polite and helpful. We needed to order a cake for my son's birthday: they helped us make the order and delivered the cake right to the room! The room is very comfortable, has everything you need. Very nice area around the hotel.

“Excellent stay! Definitely come back!!!”
Everything was perfect!🤩 We are spending such a nice time together with my family. Excellent Servis especially the owner and receptionist. Apartment was so big and clean. They served every morning breakfast to the room.

Christoph greeted us at the door even though we were late due to train issues in Italy. He gave us lots of information about the area and the building. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. After our busy trip to Roma, this was ideal as it was quiet and peaceful to relax. Christoph and his team were always on hand to answer any questions and their English was excellent. The hotel is a short walk down to the lake, the golf course, the Cable car, and the bus stop (which you get free passes for with your room keys).
