The property was an excellent base for exploring this part of the Brittany coast. It was a short walk from Trestraou beach, restaurants and bars, although a steep climb by road on the way back to the accommodation. Perros-Guirec centre was slightly further away. The coastline around the area is stunning and certainly worth a visit. Highly recommend this property. We were there before the French schools broke up for the summer. I suspect it will get busier.

Lovely flat. Everything you would need for a holiday. Very welcoming and plenty of useful information about the facilities in the area.

Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen and modern, clean bathroom. Comfortable seating area. Friendly host who was easy to communicate with by text. Wifi worked well. Parking on the site. Close to many different beaches and small towns in less than a 15 minute car journey. Good farm shop a couple of minutes walk away for bread, vegetables and other provisions.

Great apartment close to a number of shops and restaurants and not far to the beach of Perros-Guirec as well as the beautiful walk ways around Cotes Granit-Rose.

The apartment was very comfortable ,clean, well equipped and good value for money. The host Patrice sorted out any problems quickly. The location is also excellent with great local produce nearby.

This is at lovely part of France to visit. Our host helped us to settle in and gave advice on exploring the area and local restaurants. Our room was large, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Perfect and new equipment. Everything was complete and the rooms and accessories were very clean. Good introduction from the landlord into the areas and nearby facilities. Just 15 walking minutes from Plage de Trestraou and 5 min by car to Perros-Guirec. Parking available directly at the Villa. There is a organic shop in the neighbourhood which is really good and must be recommended!
