the location is ok but the room is not clean and the shower is so bad and small, there was no shower. it is a shower pipe that is fix under the tube to get water running and the pipe is too short that the water can get to my head

The WiFi was terrible, not even reaching 1mb in room 8. The staff was nice but the place really needs to be better taken care of. The toilet seat was broken, there was some trash in the stairs and overall felt like there was not a lot of effort in improving the place.

“The worst experience ever”

Lousy and worn-out room + bathroom, door from bathroom with direct access from the corridor, could be locked, but could perhaps be opened with a key card, dirty, no heating at arrival - estimated 12 d. Celcius until late evening, demanded an extra blanket and got a real dirty blanket with a huge brown spot, How can you think that this is OK? Next day a new blanket was placed in my room, but too late as the room was now warm. Dirty laundry under the staircase besides the "reception" which was a hole in the wall covered with a wooden plate. Extremely noisy, television with a loud sound until 22.30 pm, noise from the receptionists family/child, and so thin walls that you could hear the neighbor guests using the toilet and snooring. Receptionist did not understand proper English. Except from a mud hut in Africa once, this was my worst experience ever. I cannot see this Family Inn on Booking.com anymore, and I would recommend not to promote this slum again.

No breakfast, but great for a stop over

The best things is the location, it is really close to metro and the supermarket. It is good value for money

Staff member who received us didn't know Italian or English language. We asked so many things but due to language barriers they couldn't provide us like iron for clothes etc.

“Exhibition centre and Malpensa airport proximity with good public transportation”

Spacious with balcony. Subway proximity and most importantly walking distance to the exhibition place where we went. Quite calm and remote area. Fantastic little pizzeria round the corner and big supermarket.

The only good thing about it is that it is in Italy, a fantastic country. Everything else was at the lowest standards. To be avoided by all means.

Overall good basic accommodation close to Milano exhibition centre staffed 24/7 whilst language barriers are obvious we got by with paper and pen successfully

It was surprisingly quiet. The location is also quite all right. The bed was good.

A calm quite area

For me it is standard accommodation, when I am traveling to Milan on the MICAM and Lineapelle exhibitions.Accommodation is about 600 m from metro station Pero, which is 1 stop from station RHO exhibition.Cca 200 m from main street with a few restaurants and excelent Pasticeria for morning breakfast.

I don't get bad reviews, it's not Sheraton,but it is very comfortable and clean. It is great comparing to its price. The staff is friendly, reception is open 24h and it's close to the metro station. There is an AC in every room, toileters provided, there is a TV set and a desk. I really enjoyed my stay in there.
