“Probably the WORST experience ever”
HORRIBLE, DO NOT BOOK... Some furniture in the living room was replaced by carton boxes. There's only one small AC unit for the whole apartment that is definitely not enough. Blinders did not work. Toilets are full of insects. Wifi was down and we were locked out of the premises and no one answered our calls or emails. I have never experienced such a bad service. HORRIBLE, DO NOT BOOK...
