Claire and Mathias are wonderful hosts. They took care of us for 5 days with an amateurly warm heart, but in a professionally subtle and efficient manner. Delicious breakfast with high quality produce, very good saturday Chef’s table dinner, games room, very well maintained property, spotless clean room, small chic details… It’s was fairytale experience. I also have to mention that Mathias was very kind to prepare us some breakfast bags for our long drive back home. We will definitely be back and we can only recommend others to spend some days with them in their beautiful property❤️

Mathias & Claire made our 5-day stay at Domaine du Moulin de Villefranche a dream of it's own kind, they created a unique atmosphere to feel like being with friends. Needless to say the chateau is very charming and designed with attention to details. Excellent breakfast (à la carte), delicious and no wishes open. Great ideas for activities by the hosts (what and when), helps to discover small treasures without queing. Thank you very much for the great time, hopefully soon again

“A fairy-looking place”

Clair and Mathias have created an absolutely exceptional and soulful place to escape to from the hustle and bustle of big cities. So much cordiality and hospitality I have never met. The hotel is absolutely wonderful, it’s a chamber place where all the objects have been chosen with care and love for the environment and for the guests, where every detail counts and the colors are chosen with great taste in the Provencal style. Comfortable beds and the sound of tree leaves at night guarantee a great night's sleep. The breakfasts are delicious and from local produce, the absolutely lovely dinners that the owners organised twice a week were homemade delicious but professionally cooked. And the menu was in our native language, I was so pleased! Nice people create nice places. I wish the prosperity to this wonderful place and to its owners.

Amazing place owned and hosted by even more amazing people. Claire and Mathias elegantly opened the gates to Provence for us and made sure that we felt like we were visiting our closest relatives. Thank you so much for taking care of us and the comfortable night sleep of our son 🫶, for all the recommendations, tasteful food in the mornings and special dinner on Wednesday evening with the menu written in our native language and all warm smiles! Our hearts are now full of the best emotions from Provence! We definitely will try to come back one day.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature, fantastic owners that are helpful and worried in providing a great experience. Great installations for the hot weather and for cold weather. Amazing breakfast with tasteful fruits, breads and home made options. We were looking for a place to disconnect from day to day life and enjoy nature we got more than we were expecting.

This place is truly a great spot to experience the vibe of Southern France. The splendid building and garden, comfortable/beautiful/clean room, and excellent hosts Matthias and Claire exceeded our expectations. We would love to return and stay a few more days next time. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Southern France.
