​A perfect experience that feels just like home! We highly recommend staying at the stone house. Lela is an amazing, generous, and incredibly welcoming host. We stayed in the double room—it’s a bit small, but very clean and perfectly sufficient for a couple. ​The breakfast is absolutely excellent and includes delicious, fresh homemade pastries that Lela bakes herself. The house is located in a cute little village with a great restaurant, and it's just a short drive away from the canyon and the springs. Don't hesitate, this is the place for you!

One of those places where you don't want to go home from. Everything was lovely and the staff was top and so full of life. Breakfast was exceptional.

“Great host, beautiful and very clean house, peacefull garden with amazing views, amazing breakfast.”

This was absolutely our favorite stay in Albania. The house is beautiful and very well kept. The surrounding yard is also very well maintained and there are several spots around the yard where you can have your breakfast. It is very peaceful and the views are amazing. The breakfast was different everyday, very delicious and so much that there was still leftover after we packed up for lunch. The host is super friendly and loves kids.

Everything was perfect: the position, the atmosphere, the breakfast and the views all around! The family was very welcoming and attentive. I wish we could have spent more than just one night!

“Great stay near Përmet”

The house is located in a beautiful area near Përmet. It was fantastic to hike in the area. We also really liked how nice and friendly the caretaker of the property was. When she saw us during the day she greeted us and offered coffee. In the mornings she cooked delicious breakfast. Our room was sparkling clean upon arrival and it was good to have a fridge. Getting to the house was very easy. There are two great restaurants within 5 minute walking distance from the house.

We loved staying at the Stone House. Great location, wonderful facilities, and most important amazing hosts. A wonderful breakfast! We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Amazing place and hosts. Highly recommended if you are searching for a quiet place close to nature. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and everything is home made, vegetables and fruits from the owners garden. I would definitely go back! 💯

The villa is super spacious, with enough room for everyone to spread out but also great common areas where we could all hang out together. The outdoor space was our absolute favorite—we spent hours by the pool, grilling, and just enjoying the atmosphere. The location worked perfectly: private and quiet, yet close enough to restaurants and beaches when we wanted to go out. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like it was designed for comfort and fun. What really stood out was how easy everything felt. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was smooth, and the host made sure we had everything we needed. It’s one of those places you leave already planning to come back.

The Host and her family were very hospitable, they brought us grapes to eat and also had fresh vegetables from the garden ,The view from our house was just breathtaking and so peaceful ♥️

We stayed just for one night but we had a very nice stay. A nice place to relax. The structure was well and nicely furnished. Close to the city but with the rural taste. The owner was a kind lady that was there available all the time. Good price and good breakfast included. Recommended

The location is in a very beautiful area. It is very clean, the linen and towels are impeccable, the breakfast prepared by the host is very tasty and varied. The host is very welcoming and gave us a lot of information. The coffee is excellent. Superb!

Stone house location is like a fairytale, off the beaten track with crop to plate kitchen. The breakfast and hospitality is the best you will get in all of Albania. Period.

I really liked the very good energy of the owners, always there for any need that you might have, very warm and positive vibe. Breakfast delicious...really good and BIO. The place itself looks like a little Tuscany. Definitily will be back.

“Exaordinary and welcoming guest house”

5 stars are not enough to rate this place. The hospitality of Olivia and her mother is priceless and they were so welcoming and served the best breakfast we had in Albania. We arrived really late in the evening but they were flexible to arrange check in. The room was very tidy and clean and had all the needed amenities. I can definitely recommend to stay here and soak up the mountains around.

Absolutely gorgeous! Family run guest house, very nicely built and furnished, with garden where you can just chill and relax. Whatever you wish, all is carried out without hesitation. The biggest breakfast you get in the world!
