“A peaceful stay with wonderful hospitality”

I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. I really enjoyed my stay here and honestly wished I had booked a few more nights. The surroundings are beautiful, and I especially loved the view from the balcony. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped. The swimming pool in the garden is also a great feature and was always kept very clean. Breakfast was served as a generous portion with homemade products, which was a great way to start the day. Everything was delicious, especially the tea made from herbs straight from the garden. I also had dinner here every evening, as the hotel has its own restaurant. I can definitely recommend the homemade byrek. A special thank you to the owner and all the staff I met during my stay. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to share recommendations for the rest of my trip through Albania. They really helped create the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made this place so special. And of course, the well-cared-for cats in the garden were a big bonus!

The hotel was beautifully presented with a warm personal touch. The host and staff were very helpful. There was a cosy area to eat and relax with a log fire and an adorable cat, Bella. Breakfast was amazing, incredibly delicious bread and jams and the mountain tea was excellent.

Nice and very clean room with balkony, tasty food - great breakfast and we ate dinner as well in lovely dining area with fireplace. Staff so welcoming and kind.

It is a must to stay here if you are in the area! The owner and his family and staff are so friendly and incredible. They are kind and offer you the best experience. Great local food from the best quality, diner and breakfast. Location is in the middle of the mountains, peace and quiet. From here it is super close to the hot springs and Permet. Rooms are super clean. Everything is new and renovated. Pool is also kept super clean. We Loved it here.

It is a super clean and new place to stay away from not away from city and enjoy the mountains view. Room was super clean comfy . There is big area around hotel to chill out or have fun with kids. Pool was better than I expected. A young man with glasses was the best part ! He was really helpful , interesting and talked great English . We really missed him in the morning. Breakfast was so so house there was no bread, no drinks ( not even water ) so we didn’t get really full as we shared it between 3 people . We just brought our own food that we had in the fridge .

This is a beautiful hotel, it was exceptionally clean, had modern decor throughout and was very well maintained. The room had a very comfortable bed, a fridge and air conditioning which was very welcome with the high temperatures I had during my visit. There were 2 pools in the garden which family members were able to join me in for a small fee, they all loved it. The breakfasts were excellent. The owner and all other members of staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the two above-ground pools were a great bonus — one even perfect for toddlers. It’s just a 5-minute drive to the charming town of Përmet and about 20 minutes from the thermal baths and the canyon. The food was fresh and varied — we really enjoyed every meal.

We didn’t expect to find such an elegant place where every detail is clearly thought through. We loved it so much that we had to extend our stay. Breakfast was generous, not just healthy but actually delicious. The mountain views were stunning. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. Housekeeping has an impressive eye for detail. The room was spotless, and I say that as someone with a very sharp eye for cleanliness. There’s an à la carte restaurant for dinner, which was perfect after a day out. On Saturday evening, we enjoyed some local DJ music in the common area , it wasn’t long and it ended at a reasonable time, so early sleepers are safe. We spent a relaxed evening soaking in the atmosphere. We slept incredibly well and the pillows were actually great. If you’re visiting Permet but want the peace and quiet of the mountains, this place is a solid choice

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff and the owner are incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. They really go the extra mile to meet your needs and are full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very well maintained – everything feels fresh and new. Cleanliness and comfort are clearly a top priority here. The pool is a nice bonus – a good place to relax after a day out, and the overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant. What really stands out is the excellent value for money. For the level of service, cleanliness, and comfort you get, it’s hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I would highlight the excellent service, the staff were very attentive to details and the rooms are sparkling clean. The location is great, only 5min drive to the center of Permet. We stayed only for one night and didn’t have the chance to try the dinner menu, but at the garden of the hotel there was live music and a great atmosphere. The breakfast was also a great selection of fresh and traditional food. Would definitely return for a longer stay.

Just a few minutes from the city, but in total tranquility. Everything was excellent – the service, the cleanliness, the atmosphere. What I loved most was the warm Albanian hospitality, with the traditional welcome of raki and gliko. Above all, the food quality was outstanding. Out of all the places I’ve visited in Albania (and I’ve been to quite a few, from north to south), Kutali Park Inn had by far the most delicious and high-quality food. You could tell everything was fresh and local – from the veggies to the meat and dairy. And the homemade craft beer was a lovely surprise not to be missed! I’d recommend this hotel to every food lover and nature enthusiast – a true gem!

Newly build building with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beautifully decorated with excellent views on the mountains and short distance to the activities (rafting and hot springs) and Permet. Everything is done with love and we really didn’t want to leave this place.
