The breakfast on the terrace was lovely with beautiful views of the mountains all around. Good walks around Permet and really friendly people too!

I loved everything! The location is convenient, no need to navigate narrow streets. The breakfasts were wonderful! The tomatoes are the most delicious in Albania. I've been in Albania for nine days now, and I've never seen tomatoes that tasted better.

It was the most surprising stay from our long road trip! The location is very weird, when we arrived it felt like some back alley of Parmet, BUT! The moment we entered, we were greated with raki and traditional preserved fruit. The host didn't speak English, but she was so warm, friendly and sweet, that we joked around without speaking the same language:) The room is spacious with little bathroom, comfy bed and some side table lamps which makes it cozy. It felt a bit like staying at my grandma's place. In the morning we got the breakfast on the rooftop and it was actually the most amazing breakfast we had the whole trip. Except of standard cheese and egg, we had homemade jam and honey from the family hive and freshly made doughnuts. It was absolutely delicious. Even though Permet as a city didn't impress us much, this stay was a highlight :) We got 2 reccommendations from hosts for food in the town and we checked both of them: Trifilia and Antigonea - the first one totally reccommended, the second one was pretty bad.

Very pleasant and welcoming old couple. The room was as described and the location is perfect to explore Permet on foot. Breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop under wineleaves and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and city. Parking is in the road just next to the house. Good value for money.

They were incredibly kind and warm, greeting us with homemade *rakia* and fresh fruits upon arrival—a gesture that instantly made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, they shared insider tips for exploring Permët’s hidden treasures, from the thermal baths of Benjë to the iconic Katiu Bridge and thrilling rafting adventures along the Vjosa River. Their passion for the region’s history, culture, and outdoor activities was infectious! The terrace, in particular, was a standout feature: beautifully designed and dotted with cozy seating areas. It became our favorite spot to unwind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine under the starry evening sky. Even as we drove away, the lady of the house stood outside, waving warmly until our cars were out of sight. Only then did she finally go back inside.

Everyting. great breakfast!! super sweet lady and husband of the house. fast wifi even on the great roofterrace. That terrace is huge and full of plant and places to relax and to enjoy the view on the mountains or the stars at night. It is just 5 min walk from everything. Btw Përmet is great and full of historic monuments and feels very friendly Albanian.
