The hotel is situated in the top of a hill in the calm, and tree shadows while still close to the city center. The staff is sooo kind. They fulfilled all our requests.

Super friendly owner. At arrival he welcomed us with cold water. He told us a lot about the country and about Përmet. Nothing was too much. The hotel is at a place on a hill, wich gives a great view on the city of Përmet. The wine he serves is made by his cousin and is actually good wine.

The location of the hotel in the middle of pine trees on a little mountain facing Permet is amazing. Even more amazing is how this family owned place is managed. The staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Permet!

Wonderful location. The brothers who own it were extremely welcoming and helpful - they couldn’t have done more for us. The room was modern and very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Very friendly people. We even got a free upgrade without asking. They have an amazing view over de region from the rooftop and also over the city from the terrace.

Excellent location. Felt like a king! My children loved it. And had the best sleep in years due to the comfort and quite! The home cooked meals were out of this world.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good family vibe, and interesting stories . Views and setting for meals very good. Food very good, and requests catered for at breakfast. All clean and up to date.

Immaculately clean. Dining tables on lovely spacious deck enabled fantastic viewing of surrounding mountains. Quiet and peaceful. Ten minutes walk out of town but still very easy to wander into the centre for meal.

Very good hotel on top of a hill, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet at night. Beautiful view of the town and the river. The room was a good size, high quality mattress and pillows, slippers. Bathroom with window. Very good and plentiful breakfast, both salty and sweet, with fresh fruit (the butter, the fig jam and the walnut glyko were excellent), cloth napkins.
