The location is great. Yh view of the river is astonishing. We could here the water flow when we left the balcony door open. If you leave the bathroom window open you can have a good ventilation. Notice that there are two bedrooms with one bathroom. We were lucky to be alone there. I don't remember if it was written that it's located in the third floor. The neighbors were very quiet. Great stay over there

Nice room, very comfortable bed, wonderful to have a balcony with an amazing view of the Vjosa river. Very big and spacious bathroom even coffee/tea/chocolates. I was lucky and had the whole appartement to myself.

Wonderful hotel in Përmet! 🏞️ The hotel is on the third floor (no elevator), but every step is worth it – you get a room with a balcony directly overlooking a stunning turquoise river and breathtaking mountain views, with a sunrise you’ll never forget. The reality is so much more beautiful than the photos – absolutely magical! The location is perfect – right above the center of Përmet, with easy access to the promenade and restaurants. The room itself was of a very high standard, with all the luxurious amenities you could ask for. An unforgettable experience – highly recommended!

It's a lovely, clean and charming place, looks exactly like in the pictures, and the view from the little balcony is beautiful. Moreover, it's very thoughtfully equipped..enough space for stuff, a water boiler, comfortable bed, table, bedside lamps, hooks in the bathroom, even water and coffee upon arrival. Easy and friendly check-in. Would've stayed longer if I could, the place and the region are both lovely :)

Great view out over the river and valley from the top floor apartment. The owner offered to carry our bikes up all 4 flights of stairs to keep them safe in the apartment. We had a spare bedroom to store them in. He also arranged to come back in the morning to carry them down again!

Spectacular river view from the balcony. The apartment is like a hotel setting, coffee, water, snacks, and toiletries are fully provided. This is one of the best places we stayed in Albania.

Amazing view from the apartment, it’s really incredible! Very clean, comfortable mattress, fresh-smelling linens and towels. We arrived very late at night and still have warm welcome and hospitality. Thank you!
