Beautiful house in an amazing location. We stayed there as a couple with two dogs for more than two weeks. We loved it very much and would be happy to come back. The bed is very comfortable and high quality, and the sofa is also very comfortable. It is excellent value for the price. The host is available, kind, and always ready to help with anything. We needed a few more kitchen tools, but he solved it for us quickly.

What an amazing place to stay! Alek is such an amazing host. I really liked the fact that you just use the safe box to pick up your keys. But Alek was always on call in case you need anything. The house has everything you need. Complete kitchen and even a washing machine, which was very handy. There are a couple of restaurants nearly in case you don't want to cook for yourself. Vitoria had nice food, and Alfie amazing view. There is a fire place in the house as well, which was a plus! Next time I want to go to the hot springs I am definitely staying here! In the middle of nowhere and very peaceful. Thanks Alek for such an incredible stay.

“Feeling at home in small village of Petran”

The house is located in a small village, very close to the river and 2 restaurants (we especially liked Vitora). The bedroom has good airco and is quiet. We've had a good sleep during our stay. It was very easy to have contact with the host via WhatsApp. Also met the parents of the host. Very friendly people. From Petran you can easily explore the beautiful area of mountains and the Vjosa river. We would recommend Sopotit waterfall and Langarica Canyaon, Highly recommended accomodation, good value for money.

We stayed for a family vacation at Green House Permet. Conveniently located close to the hot springs we were able to easily locate the house thanks to the direction from our host. Easy parking for the car at location. The house contains all expected equipment for our stay and we really appreciated the AC in the room considering the summer Albanian nights. We were able to find a local restaurant 5 minutes walk away from the house overseeing the local river. A great experience and would recommand Green House for a family stay in the area.

We were positively surprised ! We were so sad we couldn't stay longer cause the apartment is situated near beautiful mountains with amazing view! Hosts were so warm and nice that our hearts melted ! They even gave us some turkish delight to welcome us 🥺 When you are lucky and the sky is clear, thanks to not many lights around you can see stars which are very bright!

Little mountain house complete with a tarrace and beanbags to enjoy moutains in the morning and stars nighttime! With washing machine with washing powder, kettle and all (knives vould be better ;) Lovely owners. Good for a day or a longer stay as a base for mountain trips.

This was absolutely the best accommodation in Albania. A quiet place in the village, a house with a large garden. Very fast communicating owner who took care of us online. The equipment of the house was modern. Those looking for peace and beautiful views from the terrace will find it here.

In general everything is very clean. The bathroom is very luxurious, and the bedroom has a good airconditioning which was very welcome because we were there at times of more than 36 degrees Celsius. The airconditioning is also able to cool the living room. From the balcony in the front yard you have a good view on the beautiful mountains. And it’s amazing to experience all the birds around the garden. The location is close to Permet (10 min), Langarica canyon, and two good restaurants.

Communicating via WhatsApp, we easily arranged a late check-in, and the option to pick up the keys from a lock box added extra convenience. Apartment Amenities: The apartment was well-equipped for a short stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, and the washing machine was particularly useful during our trip. The space was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and ease. Location: The location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute drive from the hot baths and the town of Permet. It’s also very close to several rafting agencies, making it perfect for adventure seekers. Additionally, there is a Bar Restaurant Alvi, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Although we didn’t have the chance to try it ourselves, it has good reviews and offers a lovely view over the Vjose River. Parking and Outdoor Space: We appreciated the dedicated parking place. The outdoor space, with comfy poufs and a stunning mountain view, was a perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast. Before we checked out in the morning, we were warmly greeted by the host's mother. She collected the payment and even gave us some delightful gifts, adding a personal touch to our stay. Overall, the combination of responsive hosting, excellent amenities, and a prime location made this apartment a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the area while enjoying a cozy and convenient home base.

Very good location with a magnificent view in an authentic albanian village. Its just 10 min drive from Permet or the thermal bath (Benja). The entire house was available, a lot of space, and it had all the facilities. Also a big garden around the house was super for a BBQ and relax.

The house was newly furnished and clean, the lady there was very kind and welcomed us with the traditional albanian drink raki and traditional sweets. The view was fascinating as soon as you woke up you could see the mountains and the location was very close to the thermal waters of Benja.
