“Nice place!”
Nice place! Good location (if you travel by car). Room was clean and modern. Bathroom was well-equipped. We had a private entrance and chairs+table outside. There is a huge field with sheeps on the other side of the road. Host is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast - it was served outside, we really liked it. Wifi worked well.

The property is amazing! Close to permet, 5 minutes by car from the center, the host is very kind and welcoming. Rooms are modern and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable! They also offer a typical Albanian breakfast and everything is home made! Delicious!!

This is a practical motel 5 minutes drive from Përmet towards the hot springs (the springs are about 10 km away). Although it is a house next to the "main" road, you will not be disturbed by cars at all. The landlady will warmly welcome you and prepare you a traditional breakfast. An added value is the impressive view of the surrounding nature. I definitely recommend this experience.

The hostess Bruna is a warm and lovely person, we felt very welcomed and had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also wonderful. We recommend choosing Adriatic Guesthouse for your stay! 😊

“Best location for a trip to Lengarica Canyon”
We arrived late but the checkin was very easy and smooth. The location is a bit outside of Përmet but shops and restaurants are close by. It is the perfect base for a trip to Lengarica Canyon as it is located at the "main" road to that place. The host is such a lovely woman. She made us traditional breakfast on her balcony on 3rd floor. So we could enjoy the beautiful mountain view. The bed is really comfy, bathroom has a window, good waterpressure and the terrace of our room was big. Everything was spotless clean. Highly recommended!
