Villa Markezinis is a welcoming, peaceful and relaxing escape very close to the beach and bars but on a quiet road. Our room was kept immaculate by the staff and George on reception was super helpful all the time and made us feel like this wasn’t our first stay.

George was very friendly and helpful and quick to help. Address is nice and walk distance from beach. Pool is really nice ! My wife was ill on arrival and owner drove me to pharmacy to get meds, thanks very much for that !

Everything was absolutely fantastic! Lovely breakfasts and a beautiful swimmimg pool, really close to the beaches and many restaurants but the best thing about the place is the staff, so helpful and friendly. It was truly a perfect stay

“Nice stay in Perissa”

The room was cozy and had all we needed. The swimming pool accessible for free to all the guests is for sure a plus to the stay. The reception is always available to help you and they are very kind. The location is great if you want to stay away from the Santorini chaos, very quiet and close to the bus station, although I wasn’t amazed by the bus service provided by Santorini. I would suggest to rent a car if you want to stay at Villa Markezinis. A special mention for the housekeeping team, the room was spotlessly clean, every day.

Great place to stay 5 minutes walk from the beach. Amazing pool and bar area. Staff were really friendly and helpful, they gave us a free room upgrade when we arrived. The room was a good size with comfy bed, hot shower and a big balcony. We loved it here, would definitely stay again.

Great location - close to local restaurants, bars, beach and bus stop. Super breakfast - when booking with Booking.com you get simple Greek breakfast of bread, breadsticks, jam, honey, tea/coffee and juice. You can upgrade and pay the difference which was a great idea. George, the manager, was very welcoming and extremely helpful in giving recommendations for local tavernas. He was also very accommodating and let us have our room for a few extra hours as we had a very late flight.

“I will never come back here again”

They write that breakfast is included, but when you arrive, they tell you that only a continental breakfast is included in the price, and if you want to eat something else, you have to pay extra. Additionally, if you order other items from the menu, there is also an extra charge for tea, coffee, and drinks. Overall, for something that was supposed to be free, we ended up spending 30 euros more over two days, so I recommend avoiding such accommodations. I found out about this from other people’s comments on Booking, but the accommodation refused to cancel the booking and then stopped responding to emails. I will never come back here again, and I also advise against booking this place.

The receptionist was amazing, super polite, kind, he gave us a lot of recommendations and attention. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Really would come again and would recommend to others this place. Extraordinary attention to clients and cleanliness. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Markezinis in Santorini. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything we needed. The rooms were lovely, and the pool & pool bar were super stylish and a great place to relax. The location was convenient, being quite close to the beach. However, without a car, getting to the city was a bit tricky. Despite this, the surrounding area was peaceful and enjoyable, making for a relaxing stay overall.
