The cleanliness was better than in many 5star hotels I’ve seen. The personnel is very friendly and welcoming. The location is at the end of the beach, so it is quiet and calm, but very close to the bars and restaurants. Well kept beach with comfortable distance between chairs and good service. Well working a/c .

“Lovely stay right next to the beach”
The room was lovely, cleaned up every day and had aircon. We were in a room that didn't have much of a view but, honestly, there are tables outside in the patio area that are shaded most of the day that more than make up for it. The owners and staff are super friendly and ensured we had everything we needed (and were handy with any info we needed).

“A little angle of Paradise!”
Location, location, location! Lovely family-run place at one end of the beach and therefore always quiet. The proximity with the shore made me cry of joy every morning, you walk 30 seconds from the door of your room and you are swimming. The service is old-school in all the positive ways: no arrogance, no useless pricey accessories, a lot of help and respect. Mr. Stavros is very sweet and his experience in welcoming people shows in everything he does. There is not much around unless you have a car, the nearby "super"market is VERY small and ridiculously pricey, this area is for beach lovers, the water is fantastic and the beach is clean. Please Maria, Eva, don't ever put the horrible loud music all the hotels nearby impose on this wonderful beach, keep Stavros Villa's little paradise intact!

Excellent location, the beach is just a few steps away. The property offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for the residents as well as a shower on the beach. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, they were extremely kind and made our stay even more enjoyable.

“Perfect”
Everything was perfect. The place is wonderful with so much love put in details like the 'mosaic designs' the colors and of course the extrardinary location straight at the beach. They also offer snacks and drinks at the bar below as well as rentable beach umbrellas (8€ a day) and a free parking place. There are a lot of bars and restaurants reachable by foot and a mini-market as well. The place and beach was quiet and nice. The staff (Maria, Eva and family) where very kind and helpful. They organized our pick-up, a rental car and gave advice on restaurants. Thank you very much for everything.

“Had a great time at the beach on the lounge chairs”
Great service, clean room, beds are hard so adding a foam topper would be very nice. Helped with arranging an airport pick up and also a rental car so that was great. Nice area and good 30 minute walk along the beach road to see all the quaint restaurants. .
