It is beachfront, close to several restaurants and a bus stop. The room was very clean and breakfast was good.

We had an unforgettable stay at Sea View Beach Hotel — everything was simply perfect!   The hotel is not only beautiful and well-located, but what truly makes it special is the amazing team working there.   A big thank you to Maria for her care and attention — she genuinely wants every guest to feel comfortable. Albana is incredibly helpful and friendly, always smiling and ready to assist with anything from daily needs to excursions. Anna keeps everything running smoothly — calm, organized, and always welcoming. Sardi makes fantastic cocktails and creates such a great atmosphere at the bar — his energy is contagious! Niko, the chef, impressed us every evening with delicious Greek dishes, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. Special thanks to Nina - a wonderful sous-chef and an incredibly warm-hearted person. You can see how much love she has for her work and people - and you can feel it in every dish!   Thanks to the whole team for the warm welcome and top-notch service. Sea View Beach Hotel truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

“A great, comfortable and friendly stay”

Loved the service from all the staff at the Hotel, very friendly and really go out of their way to make your holiday an enjoyable one. We arrived a little later than planned, but was greeted by a lovely friendly chap and taken straight to our room. Room was adequate, good size and clean. Comfy bed and even a little kitchen too with a bar fridge. Everything was just right for the two of us. We were about 50 or so feet from the beach which was lovely and clean and sunloungers for the hotel guests too. We had our room included with breakfast, but was a little dissapointed at the offerings for us as we did not eat any eggs, drank any milk or had any animal products. They did however make us some lovely salad and other days even fried us some mushrooms, but no alternative milk like oat or soya was provided. Luckily, we found some soy milk in a shop on the island. Apart from this, staff were all lovely and super friendly and we absolutely loved our stay at Sea View.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay, but most of all the exceptionally lovely, warm welcoming and friendly staff. Especially Anna and Marinos in the restaurant, and Dimitri (I hope I spelt your name right) at the front desk. The breakfast each morning was plentiful and delicious. Anna and Marinos made sure we were well looked after! Don't forget to ask for the butter (haha private joke!) The room itself was huge with a beautiful view of the pool and beach, the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and quite spacious also. Thank you so much for a very memorable stay, Anna, Marinos and Dimitri! We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it to all our fellow travellers!

* Location - quiet area (in October), close to the beach (just across the street) and 20 min with car to Phira. Close to a store and restaurants. * Breakfast - nice buffet that could have been excellent with just some more exotic fruits. * Beach - enjoy black beach under an umbrella

“More like 3 star than 4 star”

The staff were nice enough, especially behind the bar. The location with the beach was just what we needed to relax after a few nights in Fira. The beds were comfy and the Aircon was good

“Perfect vacation spot”

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located near a lot of bars and restaurants, however the hotel is a bit further away from the road so you dont have any annoying noises from the traffic or tourists. The beach right in front of the hotel is beautiful. The AC worked great, we were always able to make it a comfortable temperature in the room. The shower was amazing, one of the best ones I've encountered during my travels!

The property is located in very nice beach area and the service was absolutely fantastic. We felt like we are most the important guests. The staff was pleasant and was looking forward to help with any of our requests . Highly recommend to visit, stay and enjoy.

“Nice staff, excellent location”

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were the most polite and kind staff I have ever come across in a hotel. The cleaners, bar staff, waitresses, everyone was so happy and polite and this really made a difference for us.
