“Excellent service”

Ritsa and the Staff were very accomodating and friendly. I like that they clean the room everyday, facilities are clean. 3 mins walk to the bus stop, and a store, and 5 mins walk to Black beach with lots of choice of restaurants. Also Perissa beach is walking distance. I also like the swimming pool, they also have a bar and they have breakfast bar included. Also you can order food lunch and dinner and eat it on their food lounge.

An excellent hotel which was exceptionally clean with good facilities in a great location. Ritsa was always very helpful with advice on what to do/see and how to get around the island. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a great service. Staying in the south provided a quieter place to stay but so nice being away from the crowds of the north. The hotel was perfectly situated by being close to the beach and some great places to eat and drink.

“Pleasant stay in a green oasis”

Ritsa really is the heart and soul of Villa Olympia. You feel as if she welcomed you to her home, willingly helping with every request we had at her. The garden around Villa Olympia is beautiful. The rooms are furnished functionally, correspond to the description given in the offer. I appreciate the cleanliness not only in the room, but also in common areas and around the Villa. A private parking lot is also a bonus if you are considering renting a car.

The place is really beautiful and in a very strategic position: it is a few meters from the beach of Perivolos and a few meters from the bus stop that allows you to reach many places. But what I want to emphasize in this review is the immense availability of Ritza and his staff and the kindness with which they welcome the customer. In my life I have really stayed in many places, but I have never found such kind and helpful people. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Santorini!

A wonderful stay! Ritsa and all the staff go out of their way to help you. The pool was lovely and everything was really clean. Great choice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach. Tours nearby. Can’t recommend enough! Would gladly stay again.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. They are all so helpful and friendly. The pool area and the ground are clean, tidy and picturesque.

It was an absolute amazing stay, Ritsa was so friendly and welcoming, we truly felt like at home. We got a lovely room with a balcony overviewing palm trees, it was beautiful! The beach was nearby and the pool was superb! I will definitely recommend staying there!

Fantastic location, shop close by for essentials and beach super close. Staff were SUPER helpful with anything we could need. Even when we made the mistake of changing the mode on the AC and needed to call at nearing midnight, Ritsa was so polite and happily sorted us out!

I liked everything about the property. It was not very far from the beach, the staff were super friendly, the bed was the best, the bathroom was spacious, the brekfast spread was awesome, the food was great and their hospitality was amazing.

Breakfast was decent, it has a full bar and can serve snacks and meals too. It has a good sized pool and pool area for lounging. The grounds and rooms are lovely. It is a 5 minute walk to the main strip. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel
