Perfect stay, flat looks exactly like in photos, is spot clean and has everything one need during stay - fully equipped kitchen, two comfy bedrooms, iron, washing machine, beautiful bathroom. Irini, who took care of us, was great host, she organised airport transfer for us and made organised some food and drinks for first night as we arrived quite late. Mid stay the flat got cleaned and again we got some complementary wine which was very nice. Over the stay Irini was available in case of any questions and offered some tips on how to move around the island. Flat is 2 minutes walk from shop and the beach, lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood, bus stop is also next to the flat.

This is a very functional and comfortable apartment for four people. It's 200 meters from Perivolos Beach, which is very beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet, and you can relax very well. Irene welcomed us very attentively. Highly recommended.

Ether is a wonderful 2-bedroom apartment in a small villa with 2 other apartments, in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from beautiful Perivolos beach. We used the key box to let ourselves in and our friendly host met us on the afternoon of our arrival. There is a modern well-equipped kitchen and a large fridge-freezer that is suitable for self-catering. The sitting and dining area is comfortable and the TV has cable and HDMI inputs (although the colour is a little out). The decor is lovely and you can see a lot of love has gone into this property. There's air conditioning in every room, and although it was not possible to have the temperature very low as the units needed a service, it still worked well for our needs and our host was very quick to respond with help. The mattresses are firm, which is great for some people, but might be a little hard for anyone with back problems (we used the convenient plush blankets as a topper to soften one of the beds which worked really well). Plenty of towels and toilet roll were provided, along with a cleaning service on request. There is a sunny breakfast balcony and a laundry balcony with good washing machine. Minimart is 2 minutes' walk, selling all the basics. You can also get Wolt supermarket deliveries here. There is a bus stop near the mini mart and one near the beach, on a route that goes to Fira. We would absolutely return here.

Spacious and clean property. The amenities were excellent. Perivolos beach is only a few minutes walking distance. There is a mini market at 2 min walking distance. The host Irini was excellent. She arranged the taxi for us. We used the same taxi to go to various places in Santorini. Most enjoyable experience!

This modern and comfortable house is located almost in 200 meters from the Perissa Beach (by the way, the best beach in the whole Santorini)! This house is VERY high-tech for this island! Honestly speaking, we had everything we need inside this house: climate conditioners, all the equipments for kitchen and bedrooms, extra towels for the beach, even first aid kit! The owner prepared a little presents for us - toast bread, jams, coffee/tea and fruits at the kitchen- that was definitely a caring gesture:) Thank you) Bathroom is very modern as well. Big sink, good working shower, everything we needed were there. The owners are young and extremely polite couple who is willing to make your trip comfortable! To sum up, we really like this place and after the war will come back again!
